Trust is built one conversation at a time.
Conversational Capital Summit
Every AI interaction is either building trust or eroding it. Most organisations don't yet know which. The Conversational Capital Summit brings together the thinkers and practitioners who are determined to change that.
About the Conversational Capital Summit
The Conversational Capital Summit is a select, two-day gathering for leaders working at the intersection of AI strategy and organisational practice. It is a structured senior-level conversation, hosted by CDI, designed to advance thinking on how organisations build and sustain value through conversational AI.
Day 1 is a closed session with panellists and 50 invited senior leaders. We will hold structured debates, Chatham House rules, no recording.
Day 2 is the same panel, in public — 100 selected in-person guests and a remote livestream audience. Recorded and made available afterwards as the Summit Pack, with a curated showreel, supporting materials and the Summit's AI agent.
The Conversational Capital Summit is an initiative of the Conversation Design Institute — the world's leading training, certification and consulting body for conversational AI, helping enterprises build human-centred AI assistants at scale — and the CDI Foundation, a non-profit organisation dedicated to developing and promoting design standards for conversational AI through research, education and industry development.
